Authors Lucy Heaver and Aisling Coughlan developed an obession to hunt down the most authentic and delicious sandwiches while on a six-month trip around the world. Chomping through pounds of dough, from Mexico to Peru, London to Laos, they brought these recipes home to re-create and share with friends and family. All recipes are compiled from their own personal collections and experiences.
