About The Author

Born and raised in Israel on a kibbutz, Ronen Givon became obsessed with hummus as a teenager. Exploring different hummus places in Tel Aviv to taste and discuss which hummus was the best, for Ronen hummus is a reminder of groups coming together to eat and indulge in one of the world's cheapest and most versatile ingredients.

Half French, half English, Christian Mouysset grew up eating his mother and grandmother's cooking, often Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as tabbouleh and salade Niçoise. After eating hummus at university with his friend Ronen Givon they went into business together, bringing top-quality and healthy hummus to the high street.
