About The Author

Arnaud Delmontel is a Parisian pastry chef and baker, whose flagship shop has been an institution on the trendy Rue des Martyrs for over ten years. Creator of the famous Renaissance baguette as well as award-winning chocolate macarons, his bakes mix tradition and modernity. In 2007, he took the prestigious position of baker for the Élysée Palace, the official residence of the French president.
