Health & Well-Being

Better: Your Guide to Health & Beauty

More than 100 health remedies and tips that are affordable, accessible, and medically substantiated.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the dozens of “wellness” hacks and tips we’re inundated with on a daily basis, most of them expensive and time-consuming. Russell’s mission is to counteract the false promises and impart effective and simple health and wellness tips that anyone can benefit from.

Sharing first-hand experience and how-to photography on every page, Russell demonstrates tried-and-true hacks popular around the world. Every remedy meets the following strict criteria: the ingredients must be available locally or online; the tip must be possible to perform at home, in anyone’s kitchen or bathroom; and the cost must not break the bank.

This isn’t the latest influencer’s wellness tips—Russell’s advice is based on her life experience and knowledge gleaned over two decades as she traveled the world researching natural remedies. Each tip included is a favorite of Russell’s, and of her family, and each includes references to the medical research that backs it up.

The book is organized into categories such as: Gut Health Equals Better Everything; Energy Without the Spike or Crash; and Family Health for Daily Living, among others.

With Russell’s experience and encouraging approach, this is an empowering and practical guide for anyone who wants to feel better.
