About The Author

Bob Leonard is the manager and co-owner of The Coast Guard House restaurant. In 2024, he was voted Restaurateur of the Year by the RI Hospitality Association. He is a member of the IACP and the AIWF (American Institute of Wine & Food). Martha W. Murphy is an award-winning narrative nonfiction writer of more than two dozen books and scores of magazine articles. Ashley Moore is an on-screen test cook for Cook’s Country and a senior food stylist for PBS’s America’s Test Kitchen. She has also authored several America’s Test Kitchen cookbooks, including Cocktails Illustrated (2025), Baking for Two (2025), and Mediterranean for Two (2026).
