About The Author

Ricky Lauren is an author, photographer, and artist, whose life with her husband, iconic designer Ralph Lauren, and their three children has been the inspiration for much of her work. Her other books include The Hamptons: Food, Family, and History; My Island; and Safari. She also has contributed to Rizzoli titles Ralph Lauren A Way of Living and Ralph Lauren. Ricky Lauren is a psychotherapist and holds graduate degrees from Columbia University’s Teachers College. When not traveling to their family retreats, Ricky and Ralph Lauren live in New York City, where they continue to enjoy sharing their lives with their growing family.
