The Harvest Kitchen: Simple vegetable recipes for everyday eating

Welcome to the vibrant and wholesome world of vegetarian cuisine!

Discover a fresh, vibrant way to cook that puts vegetables at the heart of every plate with The Harvest Kitchen. This collection of vegetarian dishes celebrates the versatility and uniqueness of seasonal produce—from everyday grocery store staples such as tomatoes, pumpkin, potato, and zucchini, to seasonal delights you may be less familiar with—think fennel, parsnip, and Jerusalem celeriac.

This book will take you through the A–Z of seasonal eating, with chapters organized by ingredients, giving readers the practical information they need to know about choosing, storing, and preparing each vegetable, as well as some inspiration for unique and interesting ways to enjoy each ingredient.

Written by Angèle Ferreux-Maeght, a cook, naturopath, and author with a deep appreciation for whole foods and the principles of healthy eating, this cookbook gently weaves in insights about the nutritional benefits of each ingredient, without losing sight of what matters most: flavor!
