Jean-François Bandet and Magali Szekula met while studying at the prestigious FERRANDI Paris culinary school. Following this career-changing experience, they joined forces to create BO&MIE—an innovative and modern bakery that reflects their personalities. Their flagship Parisian store opened in 2017, and today there are six bakeries in Paris, in addition to stores in the south of France, Barcelona, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), and Seoul.
