La Cucina Italiana: The Encyclopedia of Italian Cooking is IACP’s Cookbook of the Year (compilations category)

We are so excited to announce that Rizzoli’s La Cucina Italiana: The Encyclopedia of Italian Cooking has won the International Association of Culinary Professionals Cookbook of the Year Award in the Compilations category!

Considered the gold standard among cookbook awards, the IACP Cookbook Awards have been presented for more than 25 years to promote quality and creativity in writing and publishing, and to expand the public’s awareness of culinary literature. Held annually, these awards honor the best in food writing, photography, design, and journalism over the previous year.

We would also like to congratulate Libbie Summers, author of Rizzoli’s The Whole Hog Cookbook, for winning the award for best culinary blog, www.saltedandstyled.com
